We are looking for a dedicated individual to work at the UW Baraboo/Sauk County campus as a custodian and maintenance assistant.
The purpose of the Campus Custodian/Maintenance Assistant is to perform general cleaning, housekeeping and related work as well as operate and maintain facilities in an orderly manner for the Sauk County Building Services Department.
Required Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm until 9:00 pm. Please note these hours are subject to change and additional hours may be needed or required. Compensation for additional hours beyond normal working hours are subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to safely lift objects weighing 60-75 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
Job related training or skills
Certification:
Become First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified within 6 months of start date
Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
