Watercolor Beginner Series

This 8-week series will take you through the basic technical skills of watercolor painting. Led by professional teaching artist, Patricia Scofield, the class will culminate in a month-long display of the participant's work in the community room. Registration is limited and available by calling the library.  No class on October 17.
