Kid's Art Workshop

The Spring Green Area Arts Coalition is hosting an art workshop for aspiring artists from 1st-8th grades on January 25th, 2020, from 1:30pm-3:30pm at the Spring Green Community Library, 230 E Monroe St in  Spring Green.  Artist Paula Washow will facilitate. Materials will be supplied for each child to create a piece of art on a 6 x 6 canvas. These canvases will be on display at SGAAC's fundraiser, Choose Art!/Art Out Of The Closet on February 16th at the Wisconsin Riverside Resort. Full event details for Choose Art!/Art Out Of The Closet can be found at www.SpringGreenArts.org. For $15, community members can sponsor a child's 6 x 6 canvas. The sponsor can choose to become the proud owner of the child's art, or they can choose to gift it back to them. If a child would like to create art for display at Choose Art!/Art Out Of The Closet but is unable to attend the January 25th workshop, canvases are available at the General Store in Spring Green and middle school students can receive canvases from Ms. Quale at school.
